Warranty Information

Firearms distributed by T R Imports Inc (TRI) carry either a one- or two-Year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser for defects in materials or workmanship. To determine the warranty on your gun, please see your user manual. If the original purchaser registers his firearm with TRI within 30 days of purchase, he automatically receives an additional two or three years of coverage, as specified in your user manual.

TRI Firearms Warranty Information

TRI warrants that this firearm was manufactured free of defects in material or workmanship; and for a period of one (1) year after date of original purchase, TRI agrees to correct any such defect in this firearm by repair or replacement (at their discretion and, if the firearm is to be replaced, with the same or a comparable quality firearm). TRI does not warrant the wood (stock and fore end), grips or metal finish with respect to finish, matching of pieces, dents, scratches, cut, dings, etc. which are or should be apparent to the purchaser when the product is purchased. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect this particular product prior to purchase to ensure that it is free from defects or damage. This warranty is effective from the original retail purchase of the firearm only. TRI assumes no liability for consequential, punitive or other damages (except as set forth herein) related to a warranty claim. A service and/or handling charge may be required for non-warranty repairs.



TRI ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRODUCT MALFUNCTION OR FOR PHYSICAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART FROM CRIMINAL OR NEGLIGENT USE OF THE PRODUCT, IMPROPER OR CARELESS HANDLING, UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS, USE OF DEFECTIVE, IMPROPER HAND-LOADED, RELOADED OR REMANUFACTURED AMMUNITION, CUSTOMER ABUSE OR NEGLECT OF THE PRODUCT OR OTHER INFLUENCES BEYOND TRI’S DIRECT AND IMMEDIATE CONTROL. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO NORMAL WEAR OF ANY PARTS, INCLUDING METAL, WOOD, PLASTIC, RUBBER, SURFACE FINISH OR OTHER MATERIALS, OR IF UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR AND/OR ALTERATION HAS BEEN PERFORMED.


The terms cannot be changed except in writing by an officer of TRI.

Wholesalers, dealers or gunsmiths (unless they are a repair station authorized by TRI are not authorized to make any warranty repair or adjustment on behalf of TRI.

Should warranty service be required for this firearm, please return it to TRI through the Retailer from whom purchased, giving the full details of the defect or malfunction and stating date of purchase, along with a copy of your sales receipt.

EXTENSION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD

Please note that the warranty repair period will be extended in accordance with the information in your user manual provided that you register your purchase on our web site within thirty days (30) days from the date of original purchase. Exception: the replacement of wood due to defects which could not have been determined prior to purchase will only be made within a period of one year from the date of original purchase.

ONLINE WARRANTY REGISTRATION

Submission of the Owner’s Warranty/Registration Card and a copy of the sales receipt is not required if the firearm is registered on line at the official web site of TRI at https://www.trimports.com/support/product-registration/. The sales receipt must be retained and a copy submitted with the firearm in the event that warranty repairs are required.
