Purchasing and Shipping Firearms
Purchasing is automated, but after you have checked out, your order will be given individual attention until you have received your gun.
Because federal law requires that firearms may be transferred only in a face-to-face transaction with a licensed dealer, you will need to contact a gun store in your area and ask them to send us a copy of their license and associate your name with it. (It is sufficient for your dealer simply to write your name on his license before faxing or emailing.) We will acknowledge receipt, ship your gun immediately, and send you tracking information. Any licensed dealer qualifies, so if you already know which dealer you want to handle the transaction, simply call them. For help in locating a dealer, you may use our Dealer Locator. Warranty, Service and Parts
We are fanatical about customer service! (As our dealers know, we even stock parts for guns we do not sell.) Our warranty covers all parts and labor. In the event you need service, please call or email us so that we can help you analyze the problem. If your problem can be solved by replacing a user-installable part, we will expedite it to you at no charge. Otherwise, we will ask you to return your gun to us at the address found on our contact page. (Normal turnaround time is two weeks or less.)
